Welcome to "A Great Family Church for All Ages"

In today's world of younger generation mega-churches with thousands of people attending, First Evangelical Free Church intentionally desires to be a great family church for all ages. At our church, you will normally find that within a few visits in our worship services and Sunday school class, there will normally be people that will greet you (and any children you may have) by your name!  And I promise that if you decide to become part of this church family and have your individual name(s) in our church directory, I will personally pray for you by name on an on-going basis.

We truly hope that many who attend here will find a true sense of family, friendship, community, spiritual vitality, warmth and love.  Our church has been growing the past few years and we currently have 350-400 adults and children in attendance at our weekend services.  We have especially been seeing many new young couples, individuals, and families in their 20's to early 40's beginning to attend our church.  But we also find that many retirees that move to Colorado Springs are discovering our church to be a wonderful place for spiritual growth, meaningful worship services, and fellowship.

We have an annual congregational Scripture reading plan that takes everyone through about 30 verses of Scripture each day.  As the pastor, I then prepare my messages based on a portion of the Scriptures people have been reading the previous week.
